Robert was absolutely Amazing! I inquired about his claw kit during the Holidays thinking he will just deal with things afterward. Within a very, very short period of time he got back to me. We completed the transaction and he even tried real hard to get it shipped out during this time. When the mailing facility opened he mailed it and I received it three days later. All the parts where packaged perfectly and came with all the instructions to where to download all manuals. My overall rating for Robert and his product would be rated higher than 5 if I could.
