Include the
following info:
1) The Vendor
name.
2) The Part(s) purchased.
3) Part Quality - ranking from 1-5 (5 being the best)
4) Value - ranking from 1-5
5) Delivery time (Turn Around) - ranking from 1-5
6) Communication - ranking from 1-5
7) Overall Rating - ranking from 1-5)
8) Comments.
(Incomplete
feedback will be returned for completion.)
All feedback
on a listed item will be posted once any of the following criteria
are met:
1. The transaction has been completed.
2. The transaction has not been completed, payment has been made
but the expected ship date has passed.
3. The transaction has not been completed, payment has been made
(PayPal allow 3 business days, USPS allow 10 business days) but
has not been acknowledged with an expected shipping date.
Feedback on
items that are not listed will not be posted. Don't buy an item
if it is not listed on the club site!
