My new arms arrived today for my B9 from Vince and I must say I was speechless they are fantastic.  Considering all the trouble Vince had with his workshop plus his leg etc I was very impressed how quickly I got them.  Vince keeps in touch and is extremely helpful so I can only give him 10 out of 10 all round – plus he is a very nice chap to deal with.
Update: 05/22/2007 - Now my B9 is fully (R/C) motorised the arms look fantastic just like on the TV, I feel that I now have a REAL B9. Just like to thank Vince for the superb arms!

Vince's parts are first rate and I would recommend them to any one.  I had to wait about 2 or 3 months for Vince to get his shop back together so he could produce parts and in that time he never asked for a penny.  When he was ready to make parts I paid him on 8/2 and got the parts on 9/15.  I thought that was not bad but a little long.  Vince always answered my questions quickly but I gave him a 4.5 because he missed his own shipping date by a few weeks and didn't tell me why until I asked him about the parts.  The delay was understandable and beyond his control.  One more thing I'd like to add.  I thought Vince had forgotten to include the arm rings.  I couldn't find them in the box anywhere.  Turns out he had already installed them in the arms.  That was a nice extra touch.

Vince has had problems getting things up and running with natural climatic setbacks etc.  He has persevered through these and is doing a great job.  He keeps in touch with his customers, and I am pleased with his product.   I would recommend him as a great vendor.

The parts are great as everyone has said.  The only slight problem which is really not Vince’s fault is that a lot of things happened to Vince while trying to make these parts and as a result, it took a few Months longer to get them than I would have liked.  But as I know, most B9 suppliers are doing this for others as a hobby and as a favor.  There is really is no money in it at all.  So, I should be glad I got the good parts I have, even if I had to wait a little while.  I know if I had made them myself, it would have taken longer (and I did try first, it did not come out well at all)

Vince is a great seller.  He keeps in touch to let you know what is going on every step of the way.  Despite several severe setbacks (his workshop being destroyed by storm, complicated insurance claim, illness, the loss of a large quantity of rubber, and more!)  Vince still kept in touch and delivered the parts when he said he would and they look fantastic.  Rubber arms really add dimension to the robot. I can't wait to see the legs he makes!
