I've been working on what Greg calls the "Center Support Structure" or CSS for short.  This is a 14" diameter column which sits in the center of the torso.  It's purpose is to provide room to mount the computer, electronics, speakers, etc.  It is made of several acrylic circles held together by threaded rod and spacers to form a layered column.  The torso slides down over top of it and the collar locks it in place.  If this sounds confusing then maybe these photos will help.

That's all for now!
